Every pre-owned piece has its own history. We take a close look at all the details, from the exterior and interior to the hardware, corners, handles, and overall structure, before giving it a condition rating.

Exceptional

The closest to new. The piece appears unused or nearly unused, with little to no visible wear. Original accessories may be included when listed.

Excellent

Carried lightly and carefully kept. Minor signs of use may be visible upon close inspection, but the piece remains clean and beautifully cared for.

Very Good

A piece that has been enjoyed and well maintained. Visible signs of wear may include light rubbing, creasing, scuffs, or hardware marks, while the overall look and structure remain well preserved.

Good

A piece with more visible character. Moderate wear or cosmetic imperfections may be present, but it remains fully functional and worthy of a place in our collection.
